Below are the **Outstanding**, **All**, **Payment links** and **Received** tabs, and the filter by business line (**Lines**). ## Monthly Academy fees The block with the month's Academy fees (for example **October Academy charges**) says whether they've been generated, how much they add up to and how much is still outstanding. ![The month's Academy charges](https://310662894-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FUtfEXMFEU0mFg84Ri6hx%2Fuploads%2Fgit-blob-82bd8cf99f99526097a59c60e5b2240f9767ea7e%2Fpayments-billing.png?alt=media) * They're generated on their own on the 1st of each month (see [What happens on its own every day](/guia/en/crm-erp/tareas-automaticas.md)): * **1st**: the month's charges are created. Families who owe and **don't** have a saved card get a payment link by email. * **2nd**: saved cards are charged. If a charge fails, the family gets a payment link. * If there are new students with no charge this month, the **Generate…** button (for example "Generate 8 new · €400") creates the missing ones. * **What would be generated** shows what would be charged before you generate it. * The month selector shows earlier months. ## Outstanding One row per family with the oldest thing they owe, what's due now, what isn't due yet, the total and the last time they were contacted. * **Family total / Family + each member**: just the family's total or a breakdown per member. * **Highest amount / Oldest debt first / Newest debt first**: the order. * Anything more than 7 days overdue is marked. Totals count only what the filters show. Each row has three buttons: | Button | What it does | | -------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | | **Pay** | Records a payment by **Cash**, **Card**, **Transfer** or **Bizum**. The amount is applied **to the oldest charges first**. | | **Send** | Emails a link for what's due today. There's one link per camp booking and one for the rest. Enter the amount and what it's for (for example "Halloween Camp · week 1"). 2. Choose how long it's valid: 2, 7, 14 or 30 days. 3. Email it, or copy the link to send it on WhatsApp. {% hint style="info" %} Creating a new link cancels the one still waiting, so the family can't pay twice. When the family pays, the payment is recorded on its own and the status updates. {% endhint %} The family pays by card or Bizum through Redsys, the bank's payment gateway. If a payment is partial, the link stays open for the rest. ## Received Every payment that has come in, by week.
