# What happens on its own every day

The CRM does some jobs on its own, every day or every month. You don't need to do anything, but it helps to know what happens and when, so you don't repeat it by hand.

Times are UTC: add 1 hour in winter and 2 in summer for Spanish time.

| Time (UTC) | What it does |
| ------------------------ | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| 04:30 every day | **Bank**: brings in movements from connected accounts. |
| 05:00 every day | **Google Drive**: brings in statements, invoices and payslips from the Drive folders. |
| 05:00 every day | **Marketing**: updates the Google, Instagram and Facebook figures. |
| 06:00 on the 1st and 2nd | **Academy fees**: on the 1st it creates the month's charges and sends payment links; on the 2nd it charges saved cards. |
| 07:00 every day | **Morning emails**: for camps, the 24 h unpaid reminder, the balance due 15 days before and the urgent notice 3 days before. Also the Mix-in day reminders. |
| 16:00 every day | **Evening emails**: for camps, the day-before email (arrival, meeting point and map), the day 2 photos and the closing email with photos and a review. |

{% hint style="warning" %}
Automatic Academy billing only runs if it's switched on on the server. If the charges don't show in **Payments** at the start of the month, tell whoever maintains the CRM. In the meantime you can create them by hand with the **Generate…** button in [Payments](/guia/en/crm-erp/pagos.md#monthly-academy-fees).
{% endhint %}

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://docs.echevarrisports.com/guia/en/crm-erp/tareas-automaticas.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
