# Cobrar a una familia

## La familia paga en la oficina (efectivo, tarjeta, Bizum o transferencia)

1. Entra en **Pagos** (pestaña **Outstanding**) y busca a la familia.
2. Pulsa **Pagar** en su fila.

3. Revisa el importe, elige el método (**Cash**, **Card**, **Transfer** o **Bizum**) y pulsa **Record €…** (el botón lleva el importe).

El pago se aplica a las cuotas más antiguas primero.

Las plazas de campamento se cobran desde la ficha del niño en la semana del campamento: **Or record a payment by hand**.

## La familia paga desde casa (enlace de pago)

1. En **Pagos › Outstanding**, pulsa **Enviar** en la fila de la familia.

2. Revisa lo que se va a enviar y envíalo por correo. Desde aquí también puedes llamar o escribir por WhatsApp.

3. La familia recibe el enlace y paga con tarjeta o con Bizum. Cuando paga, el pago se registra solo y su estado se actualiza. Lo ves en **Payment links**.

Si creas un enlace nuevo, el anterior que seguía pendiente se cancela. Así la familia no puede pagar dos veces.

## La familia no paga

1. Llama o escribe a la familia y deja constancia con el botón de notas (🗒) de su fila: llamada, WhatsApp, correo, en persona o solo una nota.

2. Pasados 7 días desde el vencimiento, la deuda sale como **Overdue** en Academia y en el Calendario.
3. Las familias con deuda aparecen también en **Panel de control › Clients with debt**.

## Revisar la cuenta de la familia

Para ver todo lo que se le ha cobrado y lo que ha pagado, abre su cuenta:

## Si alguien ha pagado por transferencia

Las transferencias entran con el banco. En **Finanzas › Reconciliation › Family transfers** el CRM las busca y las da por pagadas. Las que no tiene claras las deja en **Check by hand** para que las revises.
